A New Verse to Inspire your New Year

Hi friends! I hope your new year is off to a great start & you are ready for another trip around the sun. Most people seem to see January as the time to change things to make life better - get organized, get healthier, be nicer, get more done, and so on. However, I have been in a state of reflection and taking in lots of information in order to reach my dreams.

I see every day as a new start, every month as a time for change, and I believe every moment you can be better than the last. So after my business pursuits took an unfortunate turn for the worse last quarter, I am rejuvenated by something a friend of mine said... "that's just the Devil trying to shut you down."

This year instead of a stack of resolutions, a "word of the year," or an extremely long list of goals & things to do I am choosing a verse from the Bible to be my guiding light for the year, and a fun new way to deliver the message. I made coloring sheets!

Did you know that coloring is good for your health?

Coloring is not just for children. It can calm your brain and relax your body including a decrease in body aches, heart rate, respiration, feelings of depression, anxiety, and fatigue. You can also practice fine motor skills, boost your energy, stimulate creativity, and relieve stress. Coloring can also be a good way to practice self-care and mindfulness by helping you focus and be present in the moment.
